RAd health is a randomised controlled trial that aims to determine whether a Medicare rebate payment will support doctors and nurses to undertake annual health assessments with young people. Regular health assessments are important to maintain young people’s mental, physical and emotional well being. GPs and nurses want to deliver these health checks, but barriers such as lack of consultation time can make this difficult.
